How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks before your intended travel date. Hospital appointments must be reserved in advance, and we need time to coordinate everything properly.
Is the Mongolian interpreter included?
Yes, a Mongolian-speaking interpreter is included in both the Gold and Silver packages. They will accompany you throughout all hospital appointments and explain results in Mongolian.
What if my checkup shows something serious?
Our team will help you understand your results and, if needed, arrange specialist consultations or follow-up appointments at the hospital. We can also help coordinate with doctors in Mongolia upon your return.
Is the hotel cost included in the package price?
Hotel booking assistance is included but the hotel cost itself is separate. We will find you the best hotel matching your budget near the hospital.
Can I bring family members?
Yes, family members are welcome. Each additional person requiring a medical checkup is priced separately. Family members accompanying without a checkup can join the city tour at no extra guide fee.
